Sritech & Phygitalz implemented Tool Life Management solution for one of our Cells having both Robotic & Manual Operations. Their unique expertise in Digital Technology & Interfacing with CNC machines with the help of FANUC Data acquisition software helped us to retrieve & reset tool life data from web application directly.
This solution helps us to reduce the downtime of cell as there is directly visibility of all tools with their real time tool life, tools availability status In-Tool Stores, In-Cell, In-Machine, In-Reground state, etc. In addition to capturing tool life for every corner of inserts & for every re-grounded drill bits, this TLM solution also helps to capture tool change reasons which is useful to find the reason for tools replacement across different vendors.
